Peat-Free Compost - 25L

Our compost is fine grade, handmade and improves the moisture and nutrient retention of your soil. It can be used in outdoor pots and beds or dug into topsoil as a soil improver.

Our members collect local green waste every week on the compost run' which is loaded in to large bays where the high temperatures kill off most of weeds seeds. When it has fully broken down the team then sive and process it to a fine grade compost removing sticks, stones and other extraneous materials. The compost is then bagged by hand ready to sell back in to the community - a perfect circular economy. 

The compost is best used as a soil improver for garden beds either as a top mulch or soil conditioner.
